When a customer signs in, the store may store Discord account details such as Discord ID, display name, avatar, and email if Discord provides it.

The store may also store IP addresses, session records, purchase records, order status, owned packs, download counts, and support messages.

Data is used to keep accounts signed in, unlock purchased files, prevent unauthorized downloads, process support requests, detect fraud, and show account stats.

Discord information is used for sign-in, server join flows, and assigning purchase roles when configured.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. The store receives payment status, order references, and limited transaction details needed to unlock purchases and handle support.

The store does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials.

Data is shared only when needed to run the store, process payments, provide Discord account features, comply with legal requirements, prevent abuse, or protect the store and customers.

Purchase records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, and support. Session records and account data may be removed when they are no longer needed.

Customers can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting contact@crimzixwzrq.shop. Some records may need to be kept where required for payment, tax, security, or dispute reasons.
